Conclusion of Agreement
When you place an order on our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
This email is only a receipt that we have received your order.
A binding agreement is only entered into when you receive a final order confirmation. Until then, we reserve the right to cancel the order in full or in part, for instance due to pricing or text errors or sold-out items. If this happens, we will contact you.
Ordering & Payment
To purchase, click 'Add to Cart' on the desired product. Once you have selected your items, you proceed to checkout via the cart in the top right corner. We guide you through the checkout step-by-step.
Payment can be made using Dankort, Visa or MasterCard. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via the email you provided. We then process your order. The amount will be charged when the item is collected by you or a shipping company.
Amount Reservation
If you pay with an international credit card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money remains reserved until:
1) We charge the amount when we ship the item or it is collected, or
2) The amount is released according to your card issuer’s agreement

Prices
All prices include VAT and duties, shown in Danish kroner unless another currency (e.g. Euro) is selected. KLASSIK trades under the used VAT scheme. We cover any PBS transaction fees when you purchase from our webshop.
Shipping & Delivery
KLASSIK has extensive experience shipping both within Denmark and internationally. When you add an item to your cart, you will see an estimated shipping cost for your region. The final cost may change during checkout due to quantity, special delivery conditions (e.g. non-bridged islands), etc. If the price ends up being lower, we will inform you. Furniture and large items are typically delivered to curbside.
A typical shipping fee for a single piece of furniture in Denmark is 950–1200 DKK for mainland and bridged islands.
Small Shipments
We use PostNord or GLS for small parcels. Delivery is usually within 5 business days in Denmark and up to 14 days abroad depending on location. Note that during busy periods delivery may take longer. Orders are always shipped as soon as possible.
Large Shipments
Large or heavy items are shipped via freight forwarder. If the item is in stock, delivery may take up to 4 weeks. If not in stock (as indicated on the product), the delivery time may be longer. Please note: delivery is to the curb unless otherwise agreed.
KLASSIK is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to goods purchased and shipped from us.

You may collect purchased items at any of our locations. Please inform us which store you wish to collect from.

Made-to-Order Items
Many items are made to order as they require upholstery or other customisation. Some product pages display exact delivery times. If not, our team will inform you once your order is processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the item and circumstances.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving your item. If returned in the same condition, we will refund the full amount. If the item is damaged or used beyond ordinary handling, KLASSIK reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.
To withdraw from the purchase, notify us within 14 days. Email us at support@klassik.dk or use the standard cancellation form. You cannot cancel simply by refusing the item without informing us.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not accept parcels sent COD. Items must be returned promptly and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear return costs and risk until we receive the item.
Large items must be returned via freight. Return costs start from approx. 600 DKK and vary depending on size and quantity. Ensure safe packaging to prevent shipping damage.
We process returns quickly to ensure fast refunds.
Disclaimer
We aim to keep all information on our site accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur.
As we deal in second-hand goods, availability can change quickly if items sell in-store or are relocated. In such cases, we will contact you and offer a solution such as cancellation or alternative product. Once an error is identified, we will correct it immediately.

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot be held liable for direct or indirect losses due to inaccuracies, unless otherwise required by Danish law. We recommend checking our terms regularly for updates.
Partial Withdrawal
If you purchased multiple items, you may return one or more of them. Only the returned items will be refunded. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless agreed otherwise.

Condition of Returned Goods
If the item’s value is reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function, only a partial refund will be given. The refund depends on the item’s resale value.
Refunds
If you cancel a purchase, we refund the full payment. Any value loss will be deducted.
We refund standard delivery costs but not extra costs from selecting a more expensive delivery method. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold refund until the returned item is received or you provide proof of return.

You may also return items in person by appointment. We only accept parcels sent directly to the address.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to in-store purchases or custom-made items.

Complaints
As a consumer, your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. You have 24 months' right to complain. Remedies include repair, replacement, refund or price reduction. Complaints must be justified and not due to misuse or damage.
Notify us as soon as possible. Complaints made within 2 months are always timely. Keep your invoice. Items must be returned in secure packaging. If your complaint is justified, we cover reasonable return shipping. Keep your postage receipt.

Personal Data
We register your name, address, phone number, and email to fulfil your order. Your data is kept confidential and never shared or sold. Data is stored for 5 years at Klassik - Moderne Møbelkunst A/S before deletion. Data controller: Niklas Søgaard – support@klassik.dk.

We Sell Used Goods
Most of our products are used and may appear like new. Each piece is unique, with variations in patina and condition. Patina is the natural wear that adds authenticity and charm.
We also offer items with natural variations in leather and fabric. These are not defects but proof of material quality. These differences make each piece one-of-a-kind.
Natural materials age beautifully. With regular care, your furniture will retain its quality and character for many years. For care tips, contact support@klassik.dk.
Complaint Access
If you wish to complain, contact Niklas at support@klassik.dk. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may submit a complaint to:

To complain, the purchase must be between 1,220 DKK and 100,000 DKK. A fee applies.
If the webshop is certified with the e-mark, your case is processed free of charge regardless of the purchase amount. Read more here.
