Rental price
The rental price is generally 20% of the sales price excl. VAT. The price is indicative until confirmed in writing by KLASSIK and may vary depending on the item(s), rental period, use and any special conditions.
Transport and handling
The renter/borrower is responsible for collection, packing, careful storage and return delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing with KLASSIK. Pickup must be agreed in advance, and the date and time for return delivery must also be agreed specifically, so KLASSIK can prepare the item(s) and receive them correctly.
Insurance, damage and loss
The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate insurance for collection, return delivery, storage, use, damage and loss. If an item is damaged, lost or not returned in the agreed condition, the customer undertakes to purchase the item at the full sales price, unless KLASSIK confirms another solution in writing.
Availability and approval
Some items cannot be rented or loaned due to rarity, fragility, material, condition, current availability or other professional considerations. If a request is approved, a written contract will be prepared. The agreement is only valid once the contract has been signed by the relevant parties. KLASSIK reserves the right to decline any request without further explanation.
